---From Okada-san: You responded pleasantly to changes in schedule due to flight cancel and my physical condition as well. The guide and the horseman are very kind and encourage me. Taking the public bus to Siguniangshan without Chinese language communication is confusing than I thought. It was very helpful that Bruce got on the same bus with me. I expected that you can give me the tickets before and also some notes and points to be aware of taking the bus. I think you would have better to advice your customer to prepare the language translation tool into their smartphone that can use under offline status, other than WeChat.
