We are quick to apply a sim card for you. If you are already in Chengdu, we can drop off the card to you. You can also pre-book a card before you arrive here. The sim cards are cut into different sizes, compatible for either iphones or androids. This is a service for you to have Internet access while traveling.

How long does it validate for?

It validates for 7 to 30 days from the day it is registered.

What do I need to provide to order a sim card?

To have card user's personal information is required by the laws in China. We ganrautee your information is protected from our side.

• 1, Full Payment;
• 2, A readable photo of passport page of yours;
• 3, A readable photo of your valid China Visa;
• 4, A readable photo of contract paper issued by the service provider company with your signature;
• 5, A photo of yourself holding the signed paper (and your sim card).

Can I order a card from anywhere at anytime?

Yes this can be done before your arrival to Chengdu once you make payment and send the above 5 photos. If you are already in Chengdu and requires a card by short notice, we can prepare the paper works for you and drop off the card to your location. Please note the card company doesn't register cards on weekends so please make plans ahead in advance. (If it's weekend you can still get all the paper works ready and send to us)

How and when do I collect the sim card after I make the order?

In our booking form, there is a drop-off location/time that you can give detailed information in regard of this. When all the papers are submitted your card will be ready to use in about 1 hour.

Can I make domestic/international phone calls with your sim cards?

For the card available at the moment, only domestic phone calls available.

Are these sim cards rechargable?
