This tour is featured with watching and searching for Red Pandas in the wild in Sichuan by the locations in Yaan by one of the nature reserves. You will have chance to see red pandas in close range and take good photography of them.
Book NowToday is a big half day drive to Yaan Labahe. Because Yaan Labahe is far located in the mountains. You will arrive by early afternoon and you may check in to the park hotel first and then go up to the place directly to watch the red pandas and stay there til sunset to take good photos. You will spend the whole afternoon inside the park

Today is a full day search, wait and watch the red pandas by the right locations inside Labahe.

Today you will have the morning search and look for more red pandas by the possible locations in Labahe. Optional early start to search for Chinese Monal if you are also interested in this endemic bird. After midday drive back to Chengdu. (You have the option to extend one more day to go to Mt. Wawu to search for more red pandas).
1. This is a private tour package; you can choose your own time to come. The best season to do this tour is from second half of August to October. This tour is customizable. We can also include the nearby Mt. Wawu to make it total 4 days. Please read Mt. Wawu.
2. It involves short walking in the reserve if you wish to get close to the red pandas.
3. Traveling to the listed places will expect lower standard services at hotels and restaurants, even if they maybe the best choices. The service level is not as up to what you have in places like Chengdu. The hotel people don't speak English, nor do the people from restaurants. These places are quite far, wild but beautiful. As authenticity comes often with less comfortability. Public Toilet can be really bad. You are always recommended to use your toilet in your hotel while you don't want to use the public toilet or do it in the open wild. You are recommended to have toilet paper with you. Food are with limited options at most of the places. Basically you can find Chinese Food with Sichuan style. On a guided trip you can have them customized into vegetarian or non/less spicy.
