Zhegu Mountain is located in Li County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the first snow mountain pass along National Highway 317, named for its contour resembling a partridge bird. Home to a ski park, it has become a popular winter travel destination around Chengdu.

Zhegu Mountain is located in Li County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Approximately 200–260 km from Chengdu, driving takes around 4–5 hours.
Zhegu Mountain’s biggest draw is its nearly 5-month ski season (normally from late November to March of the following year - claimed). Boasting fine snow quality and abundant sunshine, it is known for having the longest ski season in the region. There are 5 ski runs stretching roughly 3 kilometres in total, including beginner slopes (training & practice runs), intermediate slopes (snowboard runs) and advanced slopes. Both beginner and experienced skiers can find suitable trails here.
The snow fun park at Zhegu Mountain Ski Resort features more than 10 entertaining activities, such as snowmobiles, snow tubing, snow merry-go-round and carousel, ideal for family trips or group outings.
