Jiuzhaigou is located in Jiuzhaigou County of Aba Autonomous Region in Sichuan Province, China. It takes about 8 hours to drive from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, and only about 1 hour to fly to from Chengdu.
Travelers usually travel to Mount Siguniang from Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province. Currently there is no any train and flight to Mount Siguniang.
Jiuzhaigou consists of three connecting valleys shaping like a “Y”. Zechawang Valley is located on the left and Rize Valley on the right. The two valleys meet together from north to south, then form the Shuzheng Valley. Most attractions in Jiuzhaigou spread in these three valleys, and can be visited both by convenient sightseeing bus and tourist walking path.
