Tips from local tour guide

This tour goes to high altitude places starting from Litang. Please be aware it gains altitude quickly and pre-acclimating by yourself is highly recommended to lower the risk of AMS.

This tour is available from 01 June to 30 September.

This tour can also be done in a guided backpacking style that you take care of your own carrying of gears and food while we provide the rest including guide and logistics.

Traveling to the listed places will expect lower standard services at hotels and restaurants even if they maybe the best choices. The service level is not as up to what we have in places like Chengdu. The hotel/lodge people don't speak English nor do the people from restaurants. These places are quite far, wild but beautiful. As authenticity comes often with less comfortability. Food are with limited options at most of the places.
